Project included: The demolition of existing concrete manhole and installation of a new Fiberglass parshall flume metering manhole and flume. This job took a great deal of skill and care to work around a tight set of existing utility lines and masonry walls. Construction was phased in a method to allow the installation of concrete base slab to be poured and the bypass of existing flows were minimized for only a few days.
